This four-session, twelve-hour course will include discussion about authentic ingredients and techniques used in cooking Turkey dishes. Participants will work together as a team to prepare, cook, serve, eat and enjoy the delicious, nutritious and healthy Turkish dishes. Bring your cooking apron and your appetite with you.
