Cooking Around the World

with Christina Earley


Come join us for four fun nights when we will chop, mix, stir, and eat togehter. We want to explore the world of food with you. Guest instructors will be sharing their country's cuisine. The menus will be as follows: 3/19-Turkey (Turkish meatballs with fried rice). 3/26- France (French onion soup, chicken and mushrooms in a puff pastry, chocolate mousse). 4/2-Australia (Meat patty and Pavlova). 4/9 Japan (Miso soup, yaki soba with chicken, green beans, and Japanese cheesecake). Menus subject to change.  Materials fee: $30 (payable to the instructor at the beginning of class.) 4 Sessions
